Transparent or colored plastic bags made of linear low density polyethylene co-extruded three-layer film, to ensure more resistance, with a mixture of different types of resins for any sort of application, to ship coins, credit cards, cash or documents.
Our bags have a lateral flat seal, 8 mm thick, which covers the lettering at each side of the bag, thus preventing the undetected access from both sides of the bag. The opening is sealed with a special self-adhesive tape with hidden signals, to ensure the highest security when sealing the bag and evidencing any unauthorized attempt to open by displaying the word OPEN VOID along the tape.
This innovative system has been proven and implemented by outstanding shipping and courier companies such as BRINKS, HERMES, G4S, etc., against unauthorized tampering attempts through the following methods:
• Attempt of tampering may be through low temperatures (gas, liquid nitrogen, difluorethane, etc.) • Attempt of tampering may be evidenced through high temperatures (direct heat, water steam, etc.) • Attempt of tampering may be evidenced through any type of solvent (thinner, acetone, gasoline, alcohol, etc.)
According to our costumer's needs, we can number each bag in consecutive and unique ways in several positions, making each of the bags completely different from the following due to the fact that in our processes, we number the tape, the detachable receipts and the body of the bag.
The printable alphanumeric and/or numeric characters may be unrestrictedly combined in different sizes (From 0.5 to 7 c.m) Characters of greater height (7cm) are appropriate to identify the bags through video cameras or CCTV equipment.
